What condition are your records in?

New records are factory sealed or new unsealed. Used records are graded using the Goldmine scale (NM, VG+, VG, etc.) — the grade is listed on every product page. See our full Vinyl Condition Guide for details.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after that. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Can I return a record?

New, unopened records can be returned within 14 days. Opened or used records are generally final sale unless defective or significantly misrepresented. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Why did I get multiple packages?

Some orders ship from multiple suppliers or distributors. This is normal — you'll get a separate tracking number for each shipment.
